Stir Fry Vegetables


  • 25g celery, thinly sliced
  • 125g red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 225g white cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 25g each green pepper and yellow pepper, thinly sliced
  • 25g red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 40g carrots, thinly sliced
  • 50g shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 40g mangetout, sliced
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 40g salted peanuts
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce


Mix all the vegetables together. Heat a wok or large sauté pan until smoking hot, add the sesame oil then the vegetables. Saute for about 3 minutes then add the peanuts and soy sauce. Serve immediately.
